Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All shipping prices are quoted real time using the Australia Post shipping calculation rules. When you place an order, shipping is calculated before final checkout. If you do not agree with the shipping price calculated, please do not purchase the item and contact us with any concerns. If the item you want to purchase is in stock then it will generally ship out to you within 24-48 hours of checkout. The postage calculator at checkout will give you an idea of how long it will take your parcel to reach you. You will receive an email from OzArmour to confirm that your item has been shipped.
If the cost of shipping your order is less than you were charged, you
WILL receive the difference refunded into your nominated PayPal account if the difference is $1.00 or greater. We do not intentionally inflate shipping costs.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of Australia Post, all weights over 3 Kg will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Returns Policy

Is is important to remember that as a manufacturer, Heng Long does not offer any warranty on its products. There for, OzArmour takes every precaution to ensure that if a product is listed in our shop, it has been inspected by the team to ensure working condition.

However

If you believe the item you have received is faulty or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then assess the situation and send you confirmation of the next step to be taken.
If the item is deemed faulty, you will be required to return the item so that a replacement can be issued. We will only offer a refund if we do not have a replacement item in stock for you. The original item is to be returned at the customers expense. We may also need additional information to help us assess the claim. 

Replacements will be issued within 4 weeks and refunds within 48 hours. Please note that the replacement time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
